Prescan aims to ensure every client leaves the clinic feeling satisfied. To guarantee this feeling, clients are given the opportunity to make their voices heard during a patient feedback survey after their visit. How do they actually look back on their experience with Prescan? The examination isn’t the only thing that matters to us, but also your overall experience: from the moment you first contact Prescan to the moment you leave the clinic and receive the results. Every step matters, and we would like to know how clients experience the overall process. We take the results of the feedback survey into consideration so we can continue to improve our products and services.
Quality & safety
Prescan aims to deliver medical services in a socially responsible manner that meets our clients’ wishes and expectations, as well as the highest quality requirements. To ensure we maintain this high level of quality, we’re tested annually by an external and internal organisation. Our protocols are periodically evaluated and adjusted where necessary. In addition, the medical equipment meets statutory health and safety requirements for employees and clients.
Professional
At Prescan, we work with specialist doctors and nurses. They have experience in regular care and often still work there. As the market leader in preventive medical examinations, we’re constantly working on developments in our field. We gladly contribute to a range of scientific studies and to regular healthcare.
In person
At Prescan, you’ll be personally monitored before, during and after the examination. Based on your situation, a clinic coordinator will advise you and book you in for an appointment. During the examination day, you’ll be welcomed by your personal chaperone, who will guide you through all your examinations. The clinic and its employees make you feel at home and put you completely at ease. Our specialist doctors take their time with you during the examinations and discuss the results with you afterwards. Prescan is also there for you after you leave the clinic to answer questions about the results or any follow-up examinations.

With the body scan – our innovative health check – and other products and services, Prescan continuously responds to market developments and is always aware of the latest innovations. Indeed, we work with state-of-the-art equipment.
CQC (Care Quality Commission)
Prescan UK is CQC registered. The independent regulator of healthcare and adult social care services in England, CQC registers health and adult social care services across England and inspects Prescan UK to check whether standards are being met.
