Privacy statement

Client data is carefully dealt with by Prescan and the clinic where the examination is performed. Personal data is treated with care and is secured. Prescan and the clinic, in all cases, comply with the legal requirements relating to the protection of personal data. That is also the case if your data is, with your consent, disclosed to a third party as part of aftercare or supplementary advice. You give your consent by signing a number of statements. You will receive these statements as soon as you become a client of Prescan.

You always receive a report on the results of the examination. By signing a statement, you expressly give consent to Prescan and the clinic to send the report on the results to you at the e-mail address provided by you. Should this report not be in Dutch, you might want a translation. You can take care of that by yourself, but Prescan can also do that for you. In the latter case, your data must be forwarded. You need to give your consent for this.

The Prescan BV website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service offered by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to help Prescan BV analyse how users use the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google uses this information to keep track of how you use the website, compile reports on website activity for website operators and to offer other services regarding website-activity and Internet usage. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as these third parties process this information on behalf of Google. Google will not combine your IP address with other data that Google has available. You can reject the use of cookies as indicated above. Prescan does not send any data such as name, address, email address, or other directly identifying information to these parties for these purposes.
