• I have had surgery where plastic and/or metal was placed in my body (e.g., a stent, artificial joint, (jaw) implant or internal hearing aid).
• I have ever gotten metal splinters in my eyes (e.g. when welding, grinding, milling).
• I have metals in or on my body that cannot be removed (such as piercings, hair extensions or shrapnel).
• I am currently, or have been within the past two years, treated by a cardiologist, oncologist or dermatologist
