MRI scan
Head and brain

An MRI scan of the head can provide more insight into long-term complaints such as severe headaches and migraines. The skull and brain are also mapped during this scan, for example, to provide more clarity on the condition of the blood vessels.

MRI scan
Neck

Many people suffer from neck complaints. There are many possible causes of neck complaints, such as incorrect work posture, cold or a neck hernia. An MRI scan of the neck can provide insights into these complaints.

MRI scan
Back

Back pain may include lumbago, pain between the shoulder blades, low back pain, back pain or high radiating down to the legs. With the MRI back scan you will quickly know what is wrong. The advantage is that you can follow a course of treatment while the illness is in the bud, increasing the chances of healing or recovery.

MRI scan
Lower abdomen

You can have an MRI scan of the lower abdomen in case of prolonged pain or cramps. During this scan, images are created that generally provide more information than an X-ray.

MRI scan
Upper abdomen

Persistent abdominal pain could be indicative of various diseases, such as a cyst, tumour or inflammation. The MRI scan creates images of the kidneys, pancreas, spleen, liver and gall bladder.

MRI scan
Knee

Is there something wrong with the meniscus or cartilage? Is there fluid in the knee? With the MRI knee scan you will quickly know what is wrong. MRI is a research technique that uses a large magnetic field to make hundreds of images of your knee. A doctor has a better view of a possible disorder or condition than X-ray.

MRI scan
Hip

An MRI hip scan can immediately provide clarity on the cause of the problems, such as bursitis, stressing or straining the hip muscles, joint pain, wear of the hip joint (head) and other restrictions on movement.

MRI scan
Shoulder

Shoulder complaints and shoulder pains can carry on for a long time and come back again. The pain can radiate to the shoulder blades, neck, elbow or fingers and seriously limit your activities. That is why it is important to quickly get the right diagnosis.

MRI scan
Pelvis

Many people suffer from pelvic pain caused by pelvic instability, wear or other abnormalities such as tumours. An MRI scan provides more insight into these symptoms by creating images of the pelvis, possible bone fractures, swelling/bruising and joint problems.

MRI scan
Foot

Pain in the foot could be caused by a sprain, fracture or inflammation. An MRI scan quickly identifies where the source of the pain is located. It provides you with more insight into the nature of the injury: torn ligaments, bone fractures, cartilage, tendons, muscles, wear/arthrosis and/or swelling of the foot.

MRI scan
Ankle

Pain in the ankle could be caused by a sprain, fracture or inflammation An MRI scan quickly identifies where the source of the pain is located. It provides you with more insight into the nature of the injury.: torn ankle ligaments, tendons, cartilage, bone fractures, wear/arthrosis and/or swelling of the ankle.

Breast examination
Mammogram, ultra sound of the breast

An examination of your breasts can be carried out preventively or to provide clarity about the cause of persistent complaints. The breast examination consists of a two-dimensional ultrasound scan of the breasts. It is also possible to have a mammogram (X-ray). The breast examinations will take place in our sister clinic at 108 Harley Street.

Laboratory examination
Blood, urine and stool

If you suffer from, for example, lethargy or prolonged fatigue, a laboratory test can help you discover the cause of these symptoms. A laboratory test analyses your blood, urine and/or stool and can provide you with information that you cannot get from an MRI scan.
