Can you determine a function by having a scan?
Do I really want to know?
If, during the examinations nothing is found, can I be sure that I am completely healthy?
Isn’t there too much to be seen in the scans, after all, nobody is perfect?
Question:
Can you determine a function by having a scan?
Answer:
Scan techniques are used to make image structures showing heart and vein obstructions and recent formations or growths (e.g. tumours). An organ may look fine in a photo, and yet not function properly. To judge the functionality of an organ supplementary examinations are necessary, such as laboratory tests (like kidney, liver and thyroid gland functions) and specific cardiological examinations (heart function tests). In the clinics you can have these examinations done complementary to the Total Body Scan.
