After many years of pain and ill health and repeatedly being denied investigative MRI/CT scans by the NHS, I eventually ended up being taken by ambulance to A & E in excruciating pain, only to be discharged a couple of hours later with little more than a diagnosis of a water infection.

In my heart I knew something was desperately wrong, but I just couldn’t get the Doctors and Consultants, to take my claims seriously enough to run the relevant scans and tests. As a last throw of the dice I phoned Prescan, and subsequently last Monday attended the London Medical Centre and Harley street for a series of full body scans.

The Prescan team discovered two huge growths/tumours on my right kidney one of them is the size of a golf ball, which the NHS had failed to investigate or discover despite my repeated pleas for help.

Prescan were brilliant from the moment I picked up the phone, until the moment I got their reports, so very different from the service I had been ill afforded previously. Massive “Thank You” to all the Prescan staff, especially Ms Katie Collier who was an absolute Princess and proved to be a shining star at a time my outlook looked anything other than bright.
