Service was excellent friendly and very professional especially appreciated very clear and frank explanation and comments of the radiographer that operated the upstairs scan and the very friendly attitude and open discussions with Ashleigh who did the communicating by phone and email and who did the initial welcome and testing. The discussions with the Doctor were very full and results and implications were well explained.

In the last 4 years I was trying to find out through NHS what was wrong with me and still they did not find out giving me wrong medication and therapy, not listening of my complains. With Prescan in 24 hours I find out what was wrong. Excellent service. I will recommended to everyone. A big thank You

Very professional helpful team who all went out of their way to help without being OTT or insincere, the doctor who conducted my consultation was very helpful and answered all my questions.

The staff especially the coordinators demonstrated very good, or I really should say excellent listening skills. All aspects of the procedures for the scans were discussed in crystal clear terms in laymans language with me. The consequence of me feeling relaxed, was that I actually dozed off during the MRI scan. At that standard of service, I would certainly recommend Prescan.

I was prompted to arrange a scan with Prescan to get a general overview of my health without a GP referral. I thought the scan was very comfortable and I was totally confident with the support of your excellent radiographers. I will be organising regular Total Body Scans as I believe that this is a responsible thing for someone with my family history to do. Thank you.
